There’s always room for improvement.
As a lifelong learner, that is the philosophy.
Once you stop learning, you start dying.
– Albert Einstein
Improvement is a repetitive process whereby you continually apply what you learn in order to produce at a higher level:
- I continue to photograph in hopes of creating more meaningful and compelling photos.
- I continue to write in hopes of creating more inspiring and engaging content.
But how do I know if I’m improving?
That’s where it gets tricky, especially in a world filled with likes, comments, and favorites. All I can say is, if you think what you’re doing is worthy, do it for your sake.
You’ve got to make sure you direct your efforts towards the thing you can affect. That is, what you do day in and day out.
Embrace the process.
